“Yoga is a way to freedom. By its constant practice, we can free ourselves from fear, anguish and loneliness”
Indra Devi
Yoga is a holistic practice from ancient India that combines physical postures, breath control, meditation, and ethical principles to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.
I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and before that I always practiced sports such as gymnastics, dance and much later Korean Taekwondo being Dan 1 certified.
I specialize in teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, incorporating meditation and breathing practices. Before each session, we will discuss your goals to tailor the class to your specific needs.
– Weight Loss: The class will focus on cardio-based Vinyasa yoga with standing flows and core-focused poses.
- Strength Building: Sessions will include a thorough warm-up followed by strength-building poses and flows.
– Mobility and Flexibility: The class will be more Yin-oriented, concentrating on long-held seated poses to stretch the hips and legs and improve spinal mobility.
– Learn Yoga Techniques: We will break down a few poses in detail to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in each one.
Yoga one-to-one sessions
I offer one-to-one yoga classes from my home studio, not only due to the space constraints but also to provide my full attention and support to each student, ensuring they make meaningful progress in their yoga journey.
While I primarily teach women, I may also consider teaching men if they come through recommendations from a student or friend. Although I hold certification and insurance to teach yoga to children and teenagers, I do not offer classes for these age groups at my home studio.

Bespoke masterclasses and tutorials
I also provide sessions focused on specific breathing and cleansing techniques from yoga such as Nauli Kriya. You can watch short tutorial I have put on YouTube some years ago. Get it touch if you want me to teach this great and ancient cleansing technique.
Nauli Kriya is an ancient yogic cleansing technique (Kriya) that involves the manipulation and isolation of the abdominal muscles. It is designed to cleanse and strengthen the digestive system and the internal organs, particularly the stomach and intestines.
Practitioners perform Nauli by exhaling fully and then pulling the abdomen inward and upward while contracting and isolating the rectus abdominis muscles. This creates a wave-like motion as the muscles are moved side to side, known as “nauli rolling.”
Nauli Kriya is believed to balance the body’s energies, improve digestion, increase core strength, and stimulate the Manipura (solar plexus) chakra, contributing to overall physical and energetic health. It is typically practiced early in the morning on an empty stomach, as part of a broader yogic purification and meditation routine.
