Meditation is a practice that helps quiet the mind, bringing a sense of inner calm and clarity. Through regular practice, meditation can help reduce stress, enhance focus, and increase overall well-being, offering a path to self-discovery and inner peace.

Inspired by the serene focus of Buddhist monks, I became a certified meditation teacher, discovering the profound power of stillness and self-awareness. I have studied meditation with Melissa Workman Zegley, a Grand Master of Meditation and I am registered meditation teacher with MAI Alliance (Meditation Alliance International). Alongside yoga, sound healing, and Reiki, meditation forms the heart of my holistic approach to well-being.

I specialized in pre-recorded guided meditation I write and record at my home studio. I also provide brief meditation sessions, often integrated at the end of yoga classes, and occasionally host group guided meditation sessions on Zoom.” To join my Zoom guided meditations, you must join the mailing list. Guided Meditations

Writing guided meditations has allowed me to blend my love for words with my passion for healing, creating accessible tools to help others navigate life’s challenges with clarity and peace. 
My guided meditations are thoughtfully crafted to suit both beginners and experienced meditators, offering a serene space to cultivate calm, focus, and inner awareness. Through gentle guidance, they lead you on journeys of visualization, breathwork, and body awareness, tailored to themes like stress relief, emotional healing, self-discovery, or spiritual connection. Each meditation is written by me and recorded in our home music studio, featuring soothing background music to create a deeply immersive and restorative experience. To fit seamlessly into your schedule, every meditation comes as a pack with three length options, each individually recorded with slight variations in the script, ensuring a fresh and unique experience no matter which version you choose.
