Yoga FAQs
Do you offer just one-to-one yoga sessions?
Yes, due to the limited space in my yoga studio, the sessions are one-to-one only. This setup allows you to benefit from my full attention and focus, helping you achieve your goals more effectively and quickly.
I am passionate about yoga and take a very technical approach to teaching to ensure my students begin their yoga journeys safely. This is why I decided to offer one-to-one yoga sessions at my home in Kingston, where students can learn yoga asanas (poses) in detail.
Do you teach yoga online?
At the moment, I do not teach one-to-one yoga online, but I might occasionally offer online yoga group classes.
How many yoga classes should I have per week?
The ideal number of classes depends on your goals and fitness level:
- Beginners: 2-3 classes per week to build a foundation
- Intermediate: 3-4 classes per week to deepen practice
- Advanced: 4-6 classes per week for mastery of complex poses
- General Well-being: 2-5 classes per week to maintain overall health
Listen to your body and balance yoga with rest and other activities.

Do you teach the headstand and the splits?
